FAQ
The hotel day in Stradonia lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day. Luggage can be stored in the hotel luggage room for early arrivals and late departures.
If the apartment is ready upon your arrival, we will be happy to make it available.
Check-out after the hotel day expires is only possible if the apartment is not booked for the next day. This possibility must be confirmed with the reception no earlier than on the check-out day. Late check-out means the possibility to stay in the apartment until 3:00 PM for an additional fee of 75% of the daily rate. If you want to stay in the apartment longer than until 3:00 PM, you must purchase another hotel day.
Yes, luggage can be stored in our storage room at no extra charge.
The reception is open 24 hours a day and is located in our main building, at 7 Stradomska Street, on the ground floor to the left behind the main entrance.
TRANSFER | The fastest, safest, and most comfortable means of transport from the airport is a transfer through a transport company. The total cost of the transfer is 1-3 persons – from 140 PLN; 4-8 persons – 180 PLN The driver will pick you up from the arrivals area at the airport and bring you to the main entrance of our apartments. The travel time is about 30 minutes. To make a reservation, please contact us by email. TRAIN FROM THE AIRPORT | From the airport, a train departs every half hour, which can take you to the Main Station in less than 20 minutes. The cost of a regular ticket is approx. 20 PLN. CITY BUS | From the airport building, go to the "Kraków Airport" bus stop, from where bus no. 252 departs every 30 minutes. You should get off at the "Centrum Kongresowe ICE" stop, transfer to tram number 18, and get off at the third stop – Wawel. A single regular ticket costs approx. 6 PLN (it's best to buy an hourly ticket). Tickets can be purchased at machines at the stop (cash or card) or on buses and trams (cash only).
Stradonia Apartments offer their guests 8 parking spaces in a private, monitored parking lot located about 200 m from the apartments.
Pets are accepted after prior inquiry. An additional fee for a pet is 60 PLN/night. For the safety of other guests, we accept breeds recognized as non-aggressive.

Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine (with drying function) and a hairdryer.
Full, free apartment cleaning service is offered for stays of no less than 5 days. The service includes: towel replacement, bed linen change, and refreshing the bathroom and the entire apartment.
For longer stays, the full cleaning service is offered once a week. We encourage you to take advantage of our freemini services on request including towel replacement and trash disposal.
